KYC Verification Slotimo – Documents and Deadlines
What is KYC?
KYC (Know Your Customer) is a verification step required by Slotimo's licence. It confirms your identity, age and that the payment methods belong to you. KYC protects both players and the operator against fraud.
When is KYC required?
You can register and deposit before completing KYC. Verification becomes mandatory before your first withdrawal, and may also be requested if you reach certain deposit thresholds or change a payment method.
Documents to upload
You will be asked for a valid government-issued ID (passport, ID card or driving licence), a proof of address no older than 3 months (utility bill or bank statement) and, in some cases, a confirmation of the payment method you used.
Processing time and questions
Most KYC reviews are completed within 24 hours. If documents are unclear or expired, support will contact you. For questions about a specific case, write to support@slotimo.eu.com with your account email in the subject.
